Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Do musicians have to pay?
Never. The musician portal is always free for musicians. Only organizations pay for Podium. We believe musicians already have enough expenses.
What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you can choose a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only—you can still access your data, but can't send offers or create new projects.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, no commitments. Pay monthly or annually (save 20%). Cancel anytime with one click. We believe in earning your business every month.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive 25% off any plan. Contact us with your tax-exempt documentation to apply the discount.
